We've been working hard to support young people who have recently moved into new accommodations with little to no furniture. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we've been able to provide them with essential items like sofas and bed frames.
We take furniture donations throughout the year. However, our sofa supply is currently running low, and we want to make sure young people have a comfortable place to relax and unwind in their new homes.
So, we're reaching out to our amazing community once again! If you have a used sofa that you'd be willing to donate, or if you know someone who does, please consider Bardsley Youth Project. Your support will make a huge difference in improving the lives of young individuals who are just starting out on their own.
We are legally required to ensure all sofas we give out have their fire labels intact.
For each sofa, we usually request a photo showing the fire labels and the general condition of the sofa before collection. We understand that this may add an extra step to the donation process, but please know that your efforts are helping us create comfortable homes for those who need it most. 🏡💕 We ask that items are free from any major rips and tears.
If you would like to donate an item of furniture please use our contact form to provide details of what you would like to donate, and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Donations can be dropped off at Bardsley House in Coventry City Centre, however, we are aware most people do not have the ability to do this. Therefore, we also offer collection free of charge for those in Coventry donating sofas and other furniture.
