Bardsley Youth Project is reaching out to Coventry’s business community with an opportunity to contribute skills, expertise and leadership to a local cause.
Bardsley Youth Project is a Coventry-based youth homelessness charity supporting young people aged 16–25 who are homeless, sofa surfing, or at risk of losing their accommodation. The team works very practically — helping young people to find, secure, keep and equip accommodation — and walking alongside them as they build stability and independence.
As the charity continues to strengthen its local impact, it is currently recruiting for:
Communications & Grant Fundraising Worker (20 hours per week, part-time)
Volunteer Trustees – Treasurer and Admin Trustee roles
These flexible, part-time opportunities may suit professionals looking to use their skills locally — whether alongside another role, approaching retirement, or following the completion of a fixed-term appointment.
The Communications & Grant Fundraising role will help ensure the charity can continue telling the stories of the young people it supports and securing funding to keep vital services running.
The Treasurer and Admin Trustee roles will support the charity’s governance and financial oversight, helping ensure Bardsley Youth Project remains well positioned to continue its work across the city.
Having supported nearly 200 young people last year, Bardsley Youth Project remains committed to ensuring that no young person in Coventry faces homelessness alone.
The charity welcomes interest from individuals who are passionate about supporting young people, keen to share their skills and experience, and motivated to make a tangible difference close to home.
