Bardsley Youth Project is excited to announce a noteworthy fundraising initiative by one of its own. Mark Packer, formerly a beneficiary of the charity’s support, is gearing up for a venturesome charity motorbike ride, from Bardsley House in Coventry to the iconic Lands’ End, a journey spanning over 300 miles.
The charity bike ride will commence on 20th October 2023 and will be completed in one day. He will be leaving the building around noon. There will be tea and coffee available.
Mark Packer will embark on this physically demanding journey, on his 125cc motorbike, with a dual purpose – to raise funds for a charitable cause close to their heart, and to inspire other young people with his story of resilience and determination.
Bardsley Youth Project holds great significance for him. Mark shared, "Over the last 9 years, Bardsley has helped me with different things ranging from finding temporary and permanent housing to (being) the people I go to for advice and guidance."
